For our Credit Union customers, we:

·         Dramatically lighten the workload of the CU's apparel liaison 

·         Offer a wide variety of high quality apparel

·         Carry sizes to 6XL (and beyond), plus tall and maternity sizes

·         Create and maintain a unique, dedicated website for each company we serve (no charge) 

·         Offer only approved apparel (If the CU doesn’t want employees wearing embroidered polos, we won’t include them on the site.)

·         Describe the items according to the CU requirements (For instance, Friday-only items would be described that way, and displayed under a “Friday Only” tab.)

·         Verify that only authorized personnel receives CU logo apparel

·         Stay in close communication with the CU's uniform coordinator

·         Accumulate orders and produce garments on an agreed upon schedule  

·         Package each employee's order separately and bulk ship/deliver the orders to your headquarters for distribution   

·         Do not charge setup, digitizing or artwork fees

·         Sell our products prices well below our competition.

The process we have developed is fairly simple.  To explain, let's presume that you were our contact at “XYZ Credit Union.”  With your permission, we would set up a domain that would be easy for your employees to remember; perhaps www.xyzCUstore.com.  After establishing the styles and colors that you want offered and getting logo approval (described below), the shopping cart is enabled.   

For internal security purposes at your firm, all orders received through that site would automatically generate an email copy to you.  If your credit union offers a clothing allowance to be paid directly from Fictional Credit Union to us, we can easily accommodate that.  If not, your employees can pay for their apparel through the site using PayPal.  We can also enable both options in our shopping cart; employees with open clothing allowances can select "My credit union will pay for my order."  Others can select "I will pay for this order through PayPal" and continue on to the PayPal payment screen.   

Regardless of payment method, our CU liaison receives copies of every order before we begin processing.  We verify that only authorized personnel are ordering, and  ensure that employees who claim an open clothing allowance are authorized to do so.       

With respect to logo reproduction on the garments, we can embroider the logo in specific colors, match the shirts (tone on tone), or whatever you need.  We'll be happy to provide embroidery samples of your logo for approval prior to beginning the first production run.
